exchanges only

Please reach out within 3 days of delivery if you would to exchange your book. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and item must be postmarked within a week of contact and returned in original condition. No exchanges on sketchbooks that have been used. Exchanges or replacements will ship out once the original has been received.

Special-request custom orders: there are no exchanges on these except in the case of damage during shipment. A replacement will be sent after the original has been returned (a free return label will be provided).

shipping & delivery

Once an order is placed, you will be sent a link to our order queue to track your sketchbook's estimated ship date. Books are typically bound and shipped within 1-2 weeks of purchase. Each book is handmade-to-order by one person, so turnaround may take more or less time depending on current order load. If you need your sketchbook by a specific date and would like your order to be rushed, please contact me prior to checkout to see if it would be possible.

USA orders ship free with USPS or UPS Ground. Priority upgrades are available during checkout. International shipments are dispatched using USPS Priority mail with $25 flat rate shipping for orders up to $200. Orders over $200 are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $75. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply as these are determined and collected by your home country. Return-to-sender packages are not refunded original shipping charges. There may be unavoidable delays due to customs, because of this, international packages can sometimes take many weeks to arrive to its destination.

Shipment notifications will be sent along with tracking information.

cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of an order placed. Cancellations cannot be made after your order has been shipped.

I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless required by law. Shipping and billing addresses, as well as contact information is only used for communication purposes to fulfill your order or for legal reasons such as paying taxes.
