Once your order is placed, you will be sent a link to our order queue to track your sketchbook's estimated ship date. Each book is handmade-to-order by one person, so turnaround may take a bit of time depending on current order load.
You can also reply to your order confirmation email with your Instagram handle if you would like to see your sketchbook being bound and we will be sure to feature in on Instagram stories.
US orders ship free with USPS Ground. Priority upgrades are available during checkout. Books are typically bound and shipped within 1-2 weeks of purchase. If you need your book by a specific date and would like your order to be rushed, please contact me prior to ordering to see if it would be possible.
Shipment notifications will be sent along with tracking information.
Worldwide shipments are completed using USPS Priority Mail International, a flat rate of $29 for orders under $250, and $75 for orders over $250. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. There may be unavoidable delays due to customs, because of this, international packages can sometimes take many weeks to arrive to its destination.
exchanges
Please reach out within 3 days of delivery if you would to exchange your book. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and item must be postmarked within a week of contact and returned in original condition.
Custom orders: there are no exchanges on these except in the case of damage during shipment. A replacement will be sent after appropriate photo documentation has been received.
cancellations
Cancellations are not normally granted, but when applicable the full amount minus transaction fees will be refunded to your original payment method.

I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless required by law. Shipping and billing addresses, as well as contact information, is only used for communication purposes to fulfill your order or for legal reasons such as paying taxes.
